No out of state checks will be accepted without prior approval and Bank letter of credit. Drivers License, State issued ID, or Passport required to obtain bidding number. No property to be removed until settled for. Sellers, Auctioneers, and sales help not responsible for accidents. Bidders are responsible for all items after winning the bid.
