The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor bid takes precedence. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer�s hammer. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF LOTS PURCHASED ONCE THE HAMMER FALLS AND OWNERSHIP HAS CHANGED. Any items not picked up will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund. We are not responsible for damage to any items, or lost items left past the scheduled pickup time. All items sold in this Online Only Auction are PICK-UP ONLY by the buyer(s). Auction Closing Times and Technical Difficulties Our online auction closings are set with a delay between lot closings. This is to help you with bidding on multiple items in the same auction. Our auctions are NOT set to close all lots at one time. In the event of any website malfunctions, or technical difficulties, the bidding for the entire auction will be reopened, and set to a later closing time. This does not include difficulties with buyer's internet or bidding equipment.
