The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person at any time, for any reason. 6. The Auctioneer not responsible for bidders’ inability to pass mandatory background checks in compliance with statute. Should the buyer be unable to complete the transfer of any firearm(s) in this Auction, the buyer understands that the money paid for any firearm(s) is NOT refundable. 7. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine eligibility and compliance with regulation within your state of residence. There will be no refunds or returns if you are not eligible to receive a firearm(s). 8. The Auctioneer is providing internet bidding as a convenience to the bidder.
