ONLINE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. BY BIDDING, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Preview: Physical previews are an excellent option to inspect items before bidding. Please refer to the item description for details.
2. We, as an auction company, do not hold expertise in the items being sold. We rely on research and information provided by the sellers to describe the items accurately.
3. Soft Close - Staggered Ending: Lots will begin closing at the designated time at approximately three lots every minute. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot. Outbid email notifications are not guaranteed. A "Max Bid" may be placed on any item, and the computer will bid on your behalf, eliminating the need to monitor your bids. This option is highly recommended, so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason. The "Soft Close" feature means that any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will extend bidding on that item or lot by three minutes, giving backup bidders the opportunity to raise their bid.
4. Loading Assistance: Loading assistance is not provided. You must provide your own tools and help to lift and move items. You are responsible for furnishing all labor, carts, and packaging materials. All large items will be moved to a designated area on the first floor, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
5. Pick-Up Times: Pick-up times are strongly enforced. Before bidding, be sure to have plenty of assistance at the designated time and location to remove your items. If you are unable to secure the labor for removal at the noted time and location, please do not bid. Any items remaining after the designated pick-up time will be forfeited, and the purchaser will be charged a $100.00 Non-Removal Fee, as well as all disposal costs. Repeated tardiness and/or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on all of our bidding platforms. The buyer is responsible for any damage caused on location by removal of items.
6. Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: A 16% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid price of all items. Indiana 7% Sales tax will be added to the total. IF YOU are Tax Exempt you MUST email your valid Indiana form to us PRIOR to the end of the auciton. Once credit cards are run there are NO REFUNDS.
7. Payment: The credit card on file will be charged for your total purchases, including any buyer's premium or stated additional fees at the end of the auction. All denied transactions due to expiration date, non-sufficient funds, and/or other reasons shall be subject to an additional $30.00 re-processing fee. You can update your credit card information under "PROFILE" on the website dashboard. A paid invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE" and "INVOICES." You MUST present a paid invoice before you can remove your items. You, as the buyer, are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date. Large ticket purchases over $1,500.00 or titled vehicles MUST be settled for with CASH or Wire Transfer, or previous arrangements made with the Auction Company. No item will be released or transferred until payment has posted to our account. No chargebacks are allowed.
