Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions. For any declined credit cards, we will automatically attempt to charge the card again at a later time. Hypnotique Auctions makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 18% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction. No sales tax will be refunded. -PAYMENT Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box , the buyer agrees and grants permission to Hypnotique Auctions to bill the buyers credit card used for the registration for all items the buyer purchases in the auction. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be billed for these purchases regardless of whether the buyer fails to take ownership of the items. Any requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed. Shipping is availablefor items marked with a shipping icon only. Packing charges are determined by the amount of time and materials required to pack your items. We charge $1 per minute plus actual cost of supplies.
