It is the responsibility of the Buyer to completely remove any article purchased by Buyer. All property must be removed from our premises by the Buyer at Buyer�s expense not later than 15 calendar days following its sale, unless other arrangements have been agreed to by Carlsen Gallery Inc. Property not removed within the 15 calendar days of the auction date or of the alternative arrangement date agreed to will incur a $10.00 per day storage/handling fee which must be paid in full before the Buyer is permitted to remove the article. If any article is not removed by Buyer within 60 days of the date of the auction or of the alternative arrangement date agreed to, then the ownership of any such article reverts back to Carlsen Gallery Inc., the seller, for resale or disposal without refund or recourse to the Buyer.
