Credit Card charges are to be made through Guthery Auctions - NOT Hibid. *Pre-approval is required for large dollar amount purchases before the auction begins. If you need pre-approval please contact our office at 479-263-1746 or 479-601-7977. There is a 3.99% charge for credit cards. All items must be paid for within 72 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Items not picked up within 14 days are subject to forfeiture to the Auction Company. � Pickup of merchandise, packing and shipping is handled by Suzanne and Wacky Pack & Ship. PLEASE NOTE: Handling fees will be incurred for services rendered (pickup, packing, shipping) upon request. � Wacky Pack & Ship can pick up and hold your auction items if you cannot make pickup for whatever reason. If you are long distance or out of state and want to pick up your item(s) but just cannot do so during the specified pickup times we can help with that as well. Keep in mind that large, heavy or oversized items are expensive to pack and ship (i.e. Framed pictures with glass, golf bags with clubs, etc) and we do not regulate or have any control of the shipping rates. There is a 10% buyers premium added to all items purchased and a 3.99% charge for credit card payment processing.

Shipping is handled by a third party shipper- Wacky Pack & Ship. Shipping is available for items up to 100lbs. as long as they can be boxed to ship UPS or USPS Ground.
