This sale is entirely indoors except for the few outdoor items which will be offered first in the driveway. Due to the limited indoor space, the amount of items and the lack of any seating, we request serious buyers only attend. The garage will be closed and house A/C and fans will have to suffice. This will be a 5 - 6 hour sale or longer.

Terms: we prefer CASH, but will accept Credit or debit Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, personal checks w/ proper I.D. from known bidders. a 4% CC fee will apply. All items are offered in "as-is, where-is" condition, and may be removed (without disrupting the sale) after payment the day of sale. Absentee bidding accepted. You must pick up Saturday or Sunday, NO SHIPPING offered, pick up only. All sales are final, no refunds.
