The vehicles are located at our office at 1126 Old St. Rt. 74, Batavia, OH 45103 (Office Phone 513-724-1133) The vehicle is available for exterior inspection during daylight hours. Interior inspection can be made Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 12PM or by appointment. Online Auction: This auction is being conducted as a timed ONLINE Auction. The auction will begin on Wednesday Aug. 14, 2024 @ 2 PM and begin to end on Wednesday Aug. 28, @ 2:00 PM. If a bid is placed within two minutes of the bidding deadline, the deadline will be extended by an additional two minutes. The two-minute extension will continue until no bid is placed within two minutes of the bidding deadline. You can participate in the bidding from a computer or mobile device by logging on and registering at www.assetiqllc.com. A valid credit card must be used to register to bid. Payment. The highest bidder will be notified by email upon the conclusion of the auction that their bid is being submitted to the bankruptcy trustee for final approval. Final approval will occur no later than 4:00 PM on the day the auction ends on Wednesday Aug. 28, 2024. Payment must be made in full before 4PM on Thursday Aug. 29, 2024.
