Tract 3 ● 158.24 + or – Surveyed Acres, 135.50 + or - tillable acres, approx. 20 + or – acres CRP w/annual payment of $198.00/acre expires 9/30/2032 CP21 Waterways, located in Sec 6, Meacham Township, Marion County, IL Soi Productivity Index 117.42. . 219 bushel corn and 60 bushel corn past 10 years (rotated) Hog manure applied Fall of 2022 west side south and east side applied Fall 2021.

All of seller’s mineral, oil, and gas title, if any, will pass without warranty of title or title evidence. Sellers will give new owner a credit for 2024 taxes payable in 2025 at closing. Bidding is by the acre and $25 increments.

All tracts or individual tracts are by the acre, as previously mentioned. Farming rights will be granted at the completion of harvest 2024. The crop belongs to the current farm tenant. New owner will not receive any of the 2024 crop or cash rent or crop.

 

If any amount of land is taken out of USDA CRP programs before expiration, the new owner or owners are liable to refund the USDA for past payments.
