Payment: The credit card on file with bidder’s account will be charged at the close of the auction. If the bidder’s payment is declined for any reason, the bidder will be unable to receive unpaid items. Payment onsite is accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Exact change is required for all cash transactions. Invoices exceeding $2,000 cannot be paid by credit card on file. Buyers will be required to pay onsite with cash or a cashier’s check. After 3 Business Days all unpaid invoices will be marked as unpaid. Please call auction house to settle any unpaid invoices if extending pickup with storage fee option. Multiple instances of unpaid invoices will result in a permanent ban from the Equip-Bid site and all affiliates. Handling Surcharge: Due to elevated freight and processing costs, a non-refundable $1.00 handling fee will be added to all items.
