* There is a 13% Buyers Premium if you pay with credit card or Michigan based check. If you pay with CASH, then your premium is reduced to 10%.

Be sure that you wear appropriate clothing and work boots. Expect to leave the auction with an enormous amount of goods, so be sure to bring a trailer and/or pick up truck and laborers.
