If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Technology Disruptions - B&H Auction will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, failure of the Online Auction Platform, or otherwise (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of YOUR internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) for any other reason. B&H Auction may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced. All items must be picked up at our auction gallery within ten (10) days from date of auction. Items not removed within fourteen days will be assessed a $7.00 per item/per day storage fee. Storage fee must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Any items left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given.
