Removing and disposing as the company sees fit. b. Allowing seller to retain or scrap. c. Sell the item(s), whereby POWELL AUCTON,LLC will remit the sales proceeds to POWELL AUCTION,LLC , for selling and advertising expenses, storage costs, plus administrative fee. 2) For those items with a final selling price of greater than $5,000, POWELL AUCTION,LLC may remove the item from the selling location and resolve as follows: a. POWELL AUCTION,LLC may charge the buyer's storage fees of $25 per day, with the total amount not to exceed $1,500. b. Sell the item(s), whereby POWELL AUCTION,LLC will remit the sales proceeds to POWELL AUCTION, for selling and advertising expenses, storage costs, administrative fee.
