Loading is the buyers responsibility. Buyer MUST bring enough help! These items are located in the basement of the Allison Court House and you will need to bring help to load your items. 5. Note: Hansen Auction Service assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding on the item and determine what you believe is the asset being offered. No refunds for Buyer's remorse if you think it is an item that it is not. 8. We will charge the card on file IMMEDIATELY after the close of the auction. If your card is declined and you don't make contact with us within 24 hours and before picking up your items, you will be banned from future auctions. 9. Buyers shall realize that the auction site may be a dangerous location and will hold harmless the Seller and/or Hansen Auction Service when buyer arrives and removes their assets. Buyers may have to, at their own discretion, use equipment and tools that would be harmful to themselves (example: falling off ladders or using power tools) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions. 10. Purchased items not picked up during posted pick up hours will be deemed abandoned and the buyer will forfeit their items and their account will be blocked from future bidding. 11. NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP TIMES. 12. Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion. If Hansen Auction Serivce finds out you have been banned from other auction companies for any reason, Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to ban and cancel your bids at any time during the auction. 13. Hansen Auction Service reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of technical issues. Hansen Auction Service will not be held liable for technical issues whether caused by Hibid, Sandhils, or the buyers own technical issues. 14. ANY SELLER CAUGHT BIDDING ON ONE OF THEIR OWN ITEMS WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED. ANYONE SUSPECTED OF PRICE FIXING OR COLLUSION WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED. 15. Sellers reserve the right to no sale, or remove an item prior to the closing of the auction. Winning bidders will be notified in the event of this happening. 16.
