The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of his or her principals. Buyers must register prior to bidding in an auction. Any unclaimed items remaining after the last pickup day will be donated or recycled, and any funds received will be forfeited. A $10 Handling Fee along with actual postage will be charged separately to buyer, using the credit card on file, and must be paid in full prior to shipment of item(s). Buyers with items requiring multiple boxes will incur additional shipping & handling fees ($5 for each additional box). Shippable items will be packaged and shipped within 14 days of auction end.
