1: Cross Roads Auction Group (CAG) are agents for the seller, bidders are representing themselves 2: Winning Bidders will place a 15% deposit as a non refundable down payment in the form of a good check, cash, or wire transfer to Exit Cross Roads Escrow no later than 24 hours from the close of this auction.
