In the case of two persons entering the same maximum bid, the person to enter their maximum first time wise is the winning bidder. This is a public auction so all qualified bidders may bid, including County Road Auction & Sales LLC owners, family members and employees. The Auction Company may bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve, whether or not the reserve is published. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax of 4.2% will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC at no point during the auction process has any insurance coverage on the property being sold and is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any kind while the items are housed on our auction lot.
