1.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THERE IS NO "BUYER'S REMORSE".
 
2.  ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS WHETHER PURCHASED BY ANY FORM OF BIDDING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ON-LINE BIDDING, PHONE BIDDING, LEAVING BIDS, OR LIVE ON-THE-FLOOR BIDDING.
 
3.  IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER ON A LOT, THAT MEANS YOU WON THE LOT, AND YOUR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE AUCTION HOUSE. YOUR PAYMENT WILL INCLUDE APPLICABLE PREMIUMS. YOUR PAYMENT WILL INCLUDE APPLICABLE TAXES UNLESS YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT.
 
4.  IF A LOT YOU WON IS "BUYER'S CHOICE" OR "CHOICE", AND YOU CHOOSE MORE THAN ONE ITEM IN THAT LOT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF YOUR HIGH BID MULTIPLIED BY THE NUMBER OF ITEMS YOU CHOSE IN THAT LOT AT THE TIME YOU WON THAT LOT.
 
5.  PAYMENT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY WHETHER PAYING BY CASH, CREDIT CARD, OR IN-STATE CHECK.
 
6.  IT IS AGREED THAT ALL PAYMENTS THAT ARE MADE ARE NOT TO BE RESCINDED. IF THERE IS A VALID DISPUTE, THAT MUST BE WORKED OUT WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE.
 
7.  LOT WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEM THEY HAVE WON AND TO REMOVE IT FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE THE DAY OF THE SALE, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
 
8.  IF AN ITEM REQUIRES SHIPPING, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. WE DO NOT SHIP IN-HOUSE. SHIPPING IS ARRANGED THROUGH A UPS STORE OR OTHER SHIPPING STORE.
 
9.  BIDDERS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO WINFIELD AUCTION CENTER, AND ARE BIDDING BY PHONE, WILL NEED TO PRE-REGISTER WITH THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDING: DRIVER LICENSE NUMBER AND STATE OF ISSUE; PHOTO OF THE DRIVER'S LICENSE; AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
 
10. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ITEMS YOU HAVE WON WHEN THE LAST ITEM YOU WERE BIDDING ON ENDS. IF YOU ARE NOT PICKING YOUR ITEMS UP, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN THE SHIPPING FEE IS KNOWN.
