The bidder/buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with any collection process for funds due to EDS. This may include legal and court fees, time, and ANY associated costs. BIDDING: Auction lots will have a staggered ending time starting at 6pm or 7pm EST, depending on the season, with most auctions closing on Mondays and Wednesdays. All EDS auctions have soft closing times. Stagger time varies per auction depending on the total lot count. Any bids placed in the last two minutes of time remaining will extend the total time. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the FIRST recorded bid becomes the winner. Make sure you have the high bid before assuming you have purchased an item.
