CALL JONATHAN@701-739-1164 Up for grabs in this auction are 7 abandoned storage units located at University Storage in Grand Forks, ND. We opened the units and took pictures based on what we could see from the door. Boxes were not opened except for Lot #7 (as clearly noted in the description).
There are some really nice units here--at least one packed household unit, and one small but loaded unit full of Nike/Jordan/Etc shoe boxes and who knows what else!
These units will have a $75 deposit attached to each of them, but this money will be returned upon inspection of cleaned out units. Please call Jonathan @701-739-1164 if you have any questions about this or anything else.
There will be no inspection, as the doors are locked, and looking through the items is not permissible.
