This tract consists of approximately 70 acres more or less. According the county F.S.A. office there are 44.45 DCP acres of cropland with 42.10 -acre wheat base and 32- yield. The balance of the farm is in good Bermuda/native grass pasture and pond (pond does need to re-worked). The property is improved with a water well, electric, shop building (3,828 Sq. Ft), and a 2000 double-wide home (2,432 Sq Ft., not livable condition). The property has good blacktop frontage on the westside. Decker aviation field is also across the road west from this property.
