All prospective buyers shall rely entirely on their own information, judgement, and inspection of the property and records. Closing costs are shared 50%-50% between Buyer and Seller. Seller will provide title insurance at closing. A $1,500 non-refundable earnest money deposit (per purchase) is due at time of auction with the remainder due within 30 days.
