HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
Our customer has to move, the DOT/state bought her land for the highway widening project. Not a happy time or good reason to move from a home she has owned since the 50s. We will try to make her smile with your purchases! We have a lot of garden type items and landscaping décor. Also have tools, workbenches, carts, sandblaster, parts washer, and more in the shop. Now, for what makes this auction UNIQUE: we are selling the HVAC unit, A/C, water heater, ponds, oak flooring, kitchen cupboards, bathroom cupboards/toilet, and rose bushes! For those folds we have special appointment days beyond the one day pickup for smalls. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help. THIS IS A SHORT AUCTION, SO BID FAST!

PLEASE NOTE:
Items marked “FOR REMOVAL” indicate those items that will need special tools, helpers, or a professional to remove. Those items will allow you a total of 3 consecutive days to dismantle/remove. All must be out by 8:00pm on the 31st of July. Bring the tools/equipment that you will need! Our staff will not be able to help you. ALL customers need to come on the first day/only day of pickup. Anyone asking for a special appointment for pickup will be charged an additional $25. There are trip hazards and stairs – bring all the help you will need!
