Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. 10% Buyers Premium No OUT OF STATE BIDDERS! All items must be picked up on Thursday August 8 from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM. You will be charged if items are not picked up and items will become property of Morrow Auction Service. ITEM REMOVAL on Thursday August 8 from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS & Buyer MUST bring own labor for removing large items, limited auction staff will be available. We will have a loader tractor available. All property is sold in "AS-IS" and "Where IS" condition. Morrow Auction does not provide shipping or packing or transportation services. Moving and pickup is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and at their expense. Purchases will be released with a paid receipt.
