This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. All items are sold AS IS, Where Is. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding.
We will be offering on items in this auction. Please email us at hiattauctions@gmail.com to confirm if your lots can be shipped PRIOR to bidding. As a buyer, you are respondsible for ALL shipping/packaging costs + a $10 handing fee. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: You must pay over the phone on the day of pickup (Saturday, August 17, 2024). Your items will not be shipped until payment is made over the phone. Although you register with a credit card, we do not have access to that information and do not run those cards. Please call us at 816-210-7015 or 816-888-9242 on the date of pickup to make a payment. Once payments have been recieved, items will be shipped within 2 weeks after the closing of the sale. Your credit card will be charged directly at the shipping company when packaged. Hiatt Auction Service is not responsible for any damaged packages.
Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute.
Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 402 Main Street, Weston MO 64098. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. You are expected to pay for all items won regardless of how many you bid on. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Hiatt Auction Service online events.
Auction company is not responsible for internet issues you may experience during closing. We reserve the right to pause/postpone the closing if there are technical issues out of our control. Hiatt Auction Service has begun the third phase of the Richard "Dickie" Hill estate. Mr. Hill worked on and restored many classic vehicles throughout his time as a mechanic. He has acquired a vast amount of parts for numerous amount of vehicles, some dating back to the 50's.This auction will consist of many automobile parts, too numerous to mention. Also included in this auction are antique pedal cars, two box trucks for storage and several parts cars including a 1957 chevrolet, a 1971 chevrolet blazer and several other vehicles. This is a auction that no collector will want to miss! Hiatt Auction is not responsible for any mislabeling descriptions, or years on any parts/lots. All vehicles, parts and pieces will be sold as is where is. MORE ITEMS WILL BE ADDED DAILY UP UNTIL THE OPENING OF THIS AUCTION, SO MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CATALOG FOR NEW ITEMS EVERY DAY!

1 Ford box truck Truck was used as advertising & then Mr. Hill acquired it for storing parts. Vehicle has not run in years. All components of truck are still intact with vehicle. Sold as is where is. Will need to transport by trailer or tow service. 2 Box truck sold as is where is. Mr. Hill used for storing parts. Year and working order unknown. Title status unknown at this time. 3 Ford book Ford at 50 years titled book. Neat older book on the first fifty years of ford. 4 Antique auto manual Very old auto repair manual. Cool piece of history. 5 Vintage auto manuals Very well maintained auto manuals for various makes and models of vehicles dating back to early thirties. Manuals were stored well to preserve. 6 Nash auto manuals Stack of older well preserved auto manual�s. Several for Nash manufactured vehicles and other makes. 7 Antique auto manuals several vintage auto manuals, of various makes. Well preserved manuals. 8 1969? Chevrolet Blazer Cool piece of history. Car obviously has some rust and most parts have been removed already. But some of this blazer is salvageable. Video coming soon. 9 1957 Chevrolet Belair Any collectors dream, regardless of condition. Such a cool piece of history. Car has some obvious rust but many parts motor included intact. Sold as is where is. Title status unknown video coming soon. 10 1958 Chevrolet also a very cool piece of history. Most likely a parts only car but anything�s possible with these rare pieces of history. Unfortunately time and the elements have robbed most of this car of its parts and so forth. Still some salvageable parts are bound to be on car.
