All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding. We will be offering on items in this auction. Please email us at hiattauctions@gmail.com to confirm if your lots can be shipped PRIOR to bidding. As a buyer, you are respondsible for ALL shipping/packaging costs + a $10 handing fee. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: You must pay over the phone on the day of pickup (Saturday, August 17, 2024). Your items will not be shipped until payment is made over the phone. Although you register with a credit card, we do not have access to that information and do not run those cards. Please call us at 816-210-7015 or 816-888-9242 on the date of pickup to make a payment. Once payments have been recieved, items will be shipped within 2 weeks after the closing of the sale. Your credit card will be charged directly at the shipping company when packaged. Hiatt Auction Service is not responsible for any damaged packages. Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 402 Main Street, Weston MO 64098. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Listing Information
Hiatt Auction Service has begun the third phase of the Richard "Dickie" Hill estate. Mr. Hill worked on and restored many classic vehicles throughout his time as a mechanic. He has acquired a vast amount of parts for numerous amount of vehicles, some dating back to the 50's.This auction will consist of many automobile parts, too numerous to mention. Also included in this auction are antique pedal cars, two box trucks for storage and several parts cars including a 1957 chevrolet, a 1971 chevrolet blazer and several other vehicles. This is a auction that no collector will want to miss! Hiatt Auction is not responsible for any mislabeling descriptions, or years on any parts/lots. Truck was used as advertising & then Mr. Hill acquired it for storing parts. Vehicle has not run in years. All components of truck are still intact with vehicle. Sold as is where is. Will need to transport by trailer or tow service.
