Terms & Conditions: Real Estate: Down Payment shall be made by wire transfer (within 24 hours) payable to United Country Heartland Realty & Auction, LLC of ten percent (non-refundable) down with signing of the purchase contract with balance due on or before Thursday, September 22, 2024. A ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to establish the real estate sales and purchase contract selling price. Property is selling “As Is” and is not contingent upon financing, appraisals or post sale inspections. Real estate taxes for 2024 will be prorated at closing with possession upon delivery of general warranty deed. Failure to execute purchase contract and return with 10% down payment will be considered in default.
Personal Property: No Shipping is Provided by Auctioneers. Cash, cashier's check, personal/business check w/ valid ID, Visa, Mastercard (with a 3.0% processing fee) or wire transfer. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. A ten percent (10%) buyers premium will be added to all purchases to establish the contract selling price. Kentucky sales tax (6%) will apply unless an appropriate exemption certificate is provided. All purchases must be paid for in full on sale day or on the next business day. No purchasers will be released without complete payment. Removal/check-out is Tuesday, August 20th from 9-5:00 PM. All equipment is selling “As Is, Where Is”.
