Behm’s Auction and Real Estate Services has been commissioned by the Lorence estate to sell the Real Estate and Personal Property in order to settle the estate. The personal property and real estate will be sold from the Clarksville Fire Hall using slide-show photography due to the lack of parking.
REAL ESTATE
The real estate, located in Morgan Township, features a well-built frame home with a stone veneer consisting of a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, full bath and additional storage areas on the main floor. The second floor has three loft-style bedrooms.
The basement has a one-car integrated garage with work area and shop, and fully operational second kitchen area with living space. There is a full bath and dry fruit cellar area also located in the basement along with the gas furnace, hot water tank and electrical box.
There is a front porch and a large covered porch in the back. The home is situated on a double lot.
