By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions. 2. All winning bids require payment with 24 hours ofauction close, before items are removed from the sale location. Vehicle must be paid for in cash, certified check, or wire transfer. No credit card payments will be accepted. Proof of valid insurance must provided before truck can be removed, if no insurance is provided, truck must be towed or trailered. NO EXCEPTIONS 3. Sales tax will be paid at license branch when title is transferred. 4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases, please factor into your bidding. 5. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" . Buyer should satisfy themselves to the condition of all items regardless of description, attending auction preview is highly recommended. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted. 6. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the purchaser. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the purchaser. 7. All items not picked up during scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company. 8. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding.
