This may be a smaller auction but it includes some very high in items as well as signed art, tools, pressure washer and other items of value.  The dinning room table is name brand as well as the queen ann matching chairs.  There is also a matching hutch full of Waterford crystal.  The art is framed and some pieces are signed.  The furniture is also high in that includes two Lazyboy recliners and one is a rocker recliner.  There is also a variety of tools in the shed and attached garage including a pressure washer.  There may be items added to this Trust sale as they get ready to move out of the home.
