The horses in this auction were purchased by Dennis as weanlings and raised on the farm here in North Dakota. All but one were sent to a cow horse training facility in Oklahoma where they received five to eighteen months of cow and cutting work. The horses were brought back home about three years ago and have not been ridden in that time. They are all broke to halter and will lead, but they will need at least a refresher prior to riding. We have sorted, listed and matched the horses to registration and breeding information to the best of our ability. While we believe our statements to be true, none of the information in each listing is guaranteed to be accurate. Buyers will receive AQHA papers and transfers as available, but registrations, breeding, histories or registration transfers are not guaranteed. Not all of the horses will have papers available. The seller believes that all of the horses listed are sound and in good health. However, neither soundness nor health are guaranteed and bids/purchases are to be made at the buyers risk. Buyers should make their own inspection and rely on their own due diligence to make purchasing decision. If traveling our of state, health papers will not be provided by the seller and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Inspection of the horses is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6 from 5pm to 8pm at the farm at 750 379th St SE, Driscoll, ND. This is the only inspection time available. You'll have an opportunity to view and evaluate the horses at that time. There will not be an opportunity to ride the horses. Please do not bring small children or pets to the inspection. Failure to Complete a Purchase: We incur fees when you bid and/or win an item in our auction, therefore we pass fees on to you if you fail to complete a purchase on an item you have won. If you win an item and fail to pay for it, fail to send us a legal address for shipping, fail to give us a correct address or, in general, cause a failure to complete the transaction, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply and you give us permission to charge the relisting fee to your card on file. Declined Credit Cards: If your card on file declines for an attempted charge, we may charge a decline fee of $10 per attempt to charge your card, for a maximum of five attempts. You give us permission to charge your card on file for those decline fees. You agree that card decline fees, cancellation fees, relisting fees or any other fees will be paid even if you don't pay for or receive the items that you won. You agree that said fees will be paid first and before any monies collected will be applied to your purchase. Collecting Invoices: You give us permission to charge your card in increments smaller than the total due in an attempt to collect your entire invoice balance. You also give us permission to apply those smaller payments toward card decline fees, storage fees or relisting fees if applicable. Credit Card Disputes: If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, a $200 dispute fee will be charged to your card on file. You give us permission to charge that fee to your card on file and you agree that the dispute fee will be paid even if you don't receive your merchandise. This covers our time and expense in submitting paperwork to the card processor in order to recover our money. Bidding On Our Site: All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Do not share your log in information. Do not leave your computer open while you are logged in to our site. If someone else uses your login or your computer, you agree that you have granted permission to that person and you agree that you are responsible for any bids that are placed through your account. We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for any reason. If we have accepted your bid, you will receive a paid receipt along with instructions for next steps usually within 24 hours of the auction close. Some of the items in this auction will sell with reserve. We do not disclose which items have reserves nor do we share that reserve with you. We may cause our software to bid up to the amount of that reserve in order to keep the item from selling under the reserve price. Failure to Pay: If you cannot pay for your winning bid, you may opt to pay a relisting fee of 25% of the total invoice.
