Removal of item(s) only after full payment is made. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY WEDNESDAY JULY 31ST BECAUSE THE BUILDING HAS BEEN SOLD & KEYS WILL BE TURNED OVER TO NEW OWNER. Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Friday, 7/26 from 9AM to 3PM, Sat 7/27 from 10AM to 2PM, Mon 7/29 to Wed 7/31 from 9AM to 3PM. No removal will be conducted on auction day unless instructed by auctioneer. All items must be out by 3pm on 7/31 or will be abandoned, no exceptions, due to the building being sold and turned over to new owner. Any items not removed are considered abandoned, no refunds given.
Local pickup only. ServCorp International, Inc does not package or ship auction items. Winning bidders may pick up their items after full payment has been received or purchaser can arrange for a third party logistics firm to manage the removal process. There is a no loading dock or ramp at auction site.
