It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 18% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction. No sales tax will be refunded. -PAYMENT Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box , the buyer agrees and grants permission to Hypnotique Auctions to bill the buyers credit card used for the registration for all items the buyer purchases in the auction.
