Plane is still in use. It is used for member rentals and training.
Tail Number N1147X Engine Lycoming IO-360-CIC Engine Hours 1042.5 Airframe Hours 9026.2 TTAF Total Hours 9026.2
Repairs needed: Nosewheel strut is deformed near bearing holder, necessitating bearing replacement at each annual. Paint 4/10 with many areas of delamination on wing leading edges. Carpet needs replacing. Parking brake needs repair. Class B fuel seep along upper seam of right wing. Leaks only when tank filled above about 17 gal. Passenger rear window has 8” crack which has been temp repaired with Pro Seal epoxy. Right seat belt needs replacement.
Upgrades/Avionics/Aftermarket Modifications Garmin GNS 530W, IFR Certified. Remanufacture engine installed 2016. ADSB Compliant receiver and transponder. Digital MAP and Tach gauges. 12V Electric gyro installed as backup to primary vacuum-powered gyro. Oil pan heater installed. LED Landing Light. Automatic Landing Gear extension system removed per AD. Wing spars NDI inspected per AD. Mishap in 2014- loss of oil in flight- engine replaced with reman engine Jan 2016. Recently replaced fuel lines, fuel pump, servo- almost complete overhaul of fuel system. We have all the MX logs.
