*A $5 handling fee per shipping box is added for shipping of items.
*A $5 handling fee for bringing back items to the office per lot will be added for those customers with a 3 day pick up window.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 3 % CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME.
Please ask all questions prior to the close of the auction. Look carefully at the photos and/or attend the preview as stated in the listing. All sales are final!
Payment:
Invoicing is done through Currency Pay at the close of the auction. Your card on file will be charged directly following the close of the auction. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover are valid forms of payment. We also accept e checks, please contact Kedra at 765-625-1714 to make those arrangements. DO NOT ASSUME you can just pay cash without making prior arrangements. This is grounds for permanent banishment! Payment is due 24 hours following the close auction.
Bring Backs:
In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. There will be a $5.00/ item fee added to your bill. Please note that this is in a per person basis and arrangements MUST be made in advance. Please call Kedra at 765-625-1714 to make those arrangements.
Shipping:
After your initial payment for your purchase, your card on file will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $5 per packaged box. We try and ship your items via USPS. Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via USPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them.
Terms & Conditions:
The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased.
Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods.
Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed.
Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card.
Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal or abandonment or for any other matter to any purchaser of any lot.
Paid Receipt- Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed upon presentation of paid receipt to Auction staff. Purchased goods must be removed within the parameters listed in the auction description or sold for storage in our upcoming sale.
NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED
Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation.
Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods.
Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item.
Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
Indiana Laws- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-4. Sold Items- All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when auctioneer confirms your number as successful bidder. Although the auction company will exhibit reasonable care to safeguard purchases until removed by purchaser, no refunds or adjustments will be allowed for any shortages. We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost goods.
Keeping Order- Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or eject any person obstructing the auction process. Appraisals are NO guarantee of auction prices; nor can we establish a value for sentimental reasons. The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals.
NO Warranties- Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final.
Sales Tax- Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws. Sales tax exemption number, where applicable, must be presented at the time of bidder registration. To qualify for any available exemption, buyer must sign any required form.
Dispute between Bidders- If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its' auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final and absolute.
Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse.
Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale.
Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. Buyer may deliver to auction company maximum bid in certified funds to be refunded in full, if Buyer does not gain the successful bid. Said bids are subject to all terms and conditions of sale as listed herein or announced at the auction sale. All absentee bids will be held in confidence.
Auction Company may have a principal interest in this sale. Seller may NOT bid on his/her own items at auction as per state laws.
Personal and Property Risk- Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.
Records- The record of sale kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

Mr & Mrs Carmicheal purchased their property with contents and all. This is the remaining personal property that is not needed and they are selling these item from the purchase of their new property. 1 Walk-In Freezer/Cooler Walk-in cooler/freezer, this is three phase and was used for meat butchering purchases. Metal insulated panels, does come out in sections, buyer will need to make arrangements with owner to remove. 1 1951 Dodge Truck Partially restored truck, does have all the parts to finish truck, does not run at the moment but nearly complete to get running, cab and chassis has been painted, bed panels and other parts come with truck, do have title for this truck. 1 Coke Machine 1950's or 1960's Coke machine, bottle machine, 110v, has been plugged in but does run and is cooling, complete unit with change dispenser. Really nice look to it! 1 Small Bass Boat Small plastic bass boat by Tracker, removable seats and does come with trolling motor. Looks to be good but has been on the water in a while, been stored outside. 2 Three Phase Electrical Converter Three phase electrical converter, does work as it should, buyer will need to unwire from panel, etc. made by Roto-Phase, 2.0 hp, 230 volt phase, 230 three phase output. 3 Vintage Corn Sheller Vintage corn sheller, unsure of make, does appear to be froze and will not turn, looks to be complete, made from galvanized metal. 4 MCCormick Deering Corn Sheller McCormick Deering corn sheller, complete unit, does spin but is hard to crank over, complete piece, has been painted and casting on handle. 5 Hand Forge Small hand forge, does have fan and will turn, very hard to turn fan handle. Small hole from use on blower hole in bottom of forage. 6 Lard/Cider Press Bottom Bottom of what appears to be cider or lard press, no top for this but still a nice primitive looking decor piece. 7 Wooden Oxen Yoke Wooden oxen yoke, appears to be vintage, appears to be complete, measures about 51" long. 10 Aluminium Framed Storm Door Aluminium framed storm door, has glass window, measurements in photos. 11 Welding Helmet & Welding Rods Older welding helmet with small amount of Hobart brand welding rods, appear to be good, 7014 sized rods. 12 Post Pounder Metal post pounder, looks to be good and handles are intact. 13 Log Cant Hook Log cant hook, does have stabilizer on it as well, looks to be in good working order. 14 Small Workbench Small wooden framed workbench with metal top, does not come with any contents, you are bidding on just small workbench. Measurements in photos, good base and top, great for meat cutting or small projects. 15 Hitch Mounted Chair Lift for Vehicle Receiver type hitch chair lift for vehicle. Looks to be complete and in working order, made by Pride Lifts. Has not been tested, but looks to be complete and working order. Key does come with unit. 16 Grease Gun & Grease Small grease gun with full tube of grease. Grease gun looks to be good. 17 Traps Small animal traps, three total in lot. 18 Small Boat Anchor Small metal boat anchor, does pivot on rod, looks to be good, no rope with anchor. 19 Gas Cans & Kerosene Tank Two small plastic gasoline cans, in great shape and condition. Comes with small kerosene tank for kerosene heater. 20 Large Workbench Large workbench, metal frame with wooden top, very well made. Comes with one small drawer and shelf on lower area. Measurements are in photos, no contents come with lot, you are bidding on just the workbench. 21 Grass Seeder Small handheld broadcast seeder, over the shoulder strap, canvas bag, looks to be in good working order. Comes with chart as well for seeding. 22 Portable Air Tank Small portable air tank, looks to be good, comes with gauge, has not been tested. Does not come with air filler attachment. 23 Drill Press Sears Craftsman multi-speed drill press, 110v, has not been tested, complete piece, does have built in light as well. 24 Acetylene Tank Large acetylene tank, unsure if it has been inspected for use. No paperwork with tank, valve looks to be good, does open and close as well. 25 Oxygen Tank Large oxygen tank, does not come with any paperwork. Unsure of inspection date on tank as well. Valve opens and closes as it should. 26 Large Gas Tank Large tank, appears to be propane tank, valve does work as it should. No paperwork with tank, unsure of last inspection date on tank. 27 Vintage Frigidaire Ice Box Wooden and vintage Frigidaire ice box, has been painted, does look to be complete piece, still in good condition and great for a refinishing project. Double doors, original latches on unit. Very nice piece. 28 Frigidaire Ice Box Vintage Frigidaire ice box, has been repainted is missing one metal rack. Looks to be a good piece, great item to refinish. 29 Sewing Machine w/ Cabinet Sewing machine with cabinet, Singer sewing machine, comes with small amount of thread, mid century modern styling. Has not been tested. 30 Rolling Baking Rack Stainless steel rolling baking rack or storage rack. No trays with rack, caster wheels on bottom and looks to be in good condition. Also comes with two oil filter wrenches. 108 Misc Cases Several hard plastic cases, all are empty but all look to be good. All these are for tools. 109 Hand Tools Set of hand tools, both electric, battery and pneumatic. Comes with sanders, light and screw gun. None of these have been tested. 110 Toolbox & Tool Bags Several toolbox and tool bags, all appear to be good and in good condition. Tool box is an upright type with wheels for easy mvoing. 111 Metal Folding Chairs Small amount of metal folding chairs, various styles, all look to be good, approx 12, one plastic Lifetime brand chair in the mix. 112 Wooden Desk Large wooden desk with top storage, looks to be in good condition, comes apart in two pieces, large storage on back, several drawers and shelves. Measurements in photos. Desk is also made for desktop computer, plugin and switches for the computer. 113 Industrial Type Fan Very nice industrial type fan, has not been tested, looks to be good, multi-speed, all metal construction. 114 Treadmill Exercise treadmill, 110v, has not been tested, looks to be in good condition, folds for easy storage. 115 Plastic Gas Cans Set of plastic gas cans, both look to be good, 5 gallon and 1 gallon sizes. 116 Schumacher Jumper Box Very nice and clean Schumacher jumper box, has not been tested, looks to be complete and in good condition. Two good leads, was not plugged in and charged. 117 Campbell Hausfeld Arc Welder Small portable Campbell Hausfeld arc welder, stick type, 110v, has not been tested, has good leads. 118 Chainsaws & Case Craftsman and Shindaiwa chainsaws, these are both free but were not started, complete with bars, comes with hard case, unsure of overall condition. 119 Air Hose Reel Small air hose reel, wall mount small amount of air hose on reel. 120 Leaf Blowers Three electric leaf blowers, these have not been tested, lot comes with Black & Decker, Toro and Paramount. All look to be complete units, Black & Decker does come with box. 121 Stihl Gas Leaf Blower Stihl gas leaf blower, is free but was not started. Complete unit, model BG 86 122 Polan Pro String Trimmer & Pole Saw Polan Pro brand string trimmer and pole saw combo. This gas powered, engine is free but was not started but looks to be complete and in working order. May need carb cleaned and tuned up. 123 Stihl KM91R String Trimmer Stihl KM91R string trimmer, gas powered, complete, comes with extra shaft with cutting blade. Engine is free but was not started. 126 Homier Chop Saw Homier brand chop saw, is missing blade, 110v, unsure of overall condition, was not tested. |
