This auction is an online only auction. All bidding will be conducted online; merchandise pickup will take place at the Downingtown, PA Estate. Winning bidders will be given the pickup address with their receipts.
To bid in this auction, you must register on the Bid At Briggs online bidding platform directly and may not register in person.
Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction app.
The Buyer’s Premium noted in the auction terms will be added to each successful bid.
PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law.
All merchandise must be paid in full by Friday, July 19, 2024.
All items must be picked up Thursday, July 18 and Friday, July 19 by appointment. Any item remaining after July 19, 2024 will be considered abadoned.
