On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. When it says You May Have Won that is what it means maybe yes, maybe no. In the case of two persons entering the same maximum bid, the person to enter their maximum first time wise is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. If the reserve had not been met on that item you were not the winning bidder.
