There will be no other times. If you do not pickup on Friday July 26 your credit card will be charged and you forfeit your purchase.

The Information Lead of each lot tells you what you are bidding on. The description explains what is included in each lot. The pictures of each lot are only a reference and other items may be in the background of the photos. It is the bidders responsibility to contact County Road Auction & Sales if you are in question as to what is included in the lot. We have not personally tried each item. You are buying them as is with no guarentees.
Winning bidders will receive an email with the invoice attached as to what lots you won and balance owing. This will be your notification. On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. When it says You May Have Won that is what it means maybe yes, maybe no. In the case of two persons entering the same maximum bid, the person to enter their maximum first time wise is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. If the reserve had not been met on that item you were not the winning bidder. You will be emailed the invoice of what lots you have won. Please check your spam folder to alleviate confusion.

Though we do our best to maintain security of the items, there will be no refunds for stolen or missing items. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. The Auction Company is not responsible for the acts or respresentations of Seller. In no event shall a bidder or buyer hold County Road Auction & Sales LLC responsible for having made or implied any warranty or merchantablility or fitness for any specific purpose. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC assumes no liability or representations made, or information provided by the Seller. This is a public auction so all qualified bidders may bid, including County Road Auction & Sales LLC owners, family members and employees. The Auction Company may bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve, whether or not the reserve is published. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax of 6.2% will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding. Bids cannot be retracted and are binding contracts between the bidder and the auction company, County Road Auction & Sales, LLC. We offer loading services at no charge to the buyer. The auction company, County Road Auction & Sales, LLC is not responsible for damage to yourself, the property being loaded or the property of which you purchased is being loaded onto. Please bring the appropriate trailer, etc for loading. We reserve the right to refuse to load your purchase if we deem your method unsafe. The purchaser is responsible to insure your purchase at the moment of purchase. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC carries no insurance on your purchase. That is your responsiblity. Likewise the seller is responsible for the insurance on the property until the moment it is sold. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC at no point during the auction process has any insurance coverage on the property being sold and is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any kind while the items are housed on our auction lot.
All bidders must be 18 years of age. All bidders agree that they have read the terms. Bidders and his or her agents and employees agree to assume all risks of damage to person or property. Bidder and his or her agents and employees specifically release and forever indemnify County Road Auction & Sales, LLC, its employees, agents, and assigns, from any liability and causes of action.
If technical problems occur with the auction software, server, County Road Auction & Sales, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither County Road Auction & Sales, LLC nor the sellers will be responsible for missed bids. Emails will be sent to registered bidders with any information.
