1. Buyer�s Premium: A 12% buyer�s premium will be added to the final bid price. 2. Payment Method: The credit/debit card you registered with will be charged within 24 hours after the sale. Or we may send a link to pay to the email you registered with. 3. Item Condition: All items are sold �As Is, Where Is.� The auctioneer, staff, and company are not responsible for the condition of the items. 4. Handling: Most items have been wrapped in newspaper, stretch film, bubble wrap, or carefully boxed for protection. 5. Inspection: Buyers may inspect boxed items to ensure they are in the same condition as represented in the pictures. 6. Preview Dates: This auction has no preview dates due to limited space and time. 7. Announcements: Announcements and updates made on the day of the sale take precedence over all other advertising. 8. Item Pickup: Items won must be picked up on Thursday and Friday following the auction. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned. 9. Card Fees: This auction has no additional credit/debit card fees. 10. Chargebacks: By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to pay for the items you won as described and will not initiate a chargeback. This agreement serves as a fully executed and enforceable contract. If a chargeback is attempted, we will provide this contract to the credit card company as documentation of your acceptance of our terms and conditions, which could result in additional fees between you and the creditor. 11. Cash Payments: If you wish to pay with cash, please select the cash option when registering. There is no additional fee or discount for paying with cash. Your card will still be charged if you do not pick up your items. 12. Shipping: most items are available for shipping. If you want your items shipped, you can make that selection in an email. You will receive a second invoice for shipping, and the items will be shipped by the end of the following week. 13. Please do not bid on items at our auction unless you intend to buy them. If you are found to be �Joy-Bidding� (Bidding on items without the intention of purchasing them), We will ban you from our future auctions. This will hurt your HiBid score and will result in the likelyhood that you won�t be able to bid at any other auctioneers' auctions either on HiBid. 14.
