Nonpayment will result in legal recourse and you will be banned from future auctions. Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the day following the close of the Auction during specified times, by appointment. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers. Items that have not been picked up within 48 hours following Auction will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given. Abandoned items will incur a disposal fee at rates posted below. We reserve the right to ship items not picked up at buyers expense. Missing Items: It is the buyer's responsibility to check all contents of the package before removing it from the premises. We will not be held responsible for damaged or missing pieces once the package is in possession of the bidder. It's your responsibility to review your purchases and their condition.
