Moecker Auctions, Inc. has been assigned to conduct an auction that will feature a variety of beautifully crafted home decor and accessories.  The auction will be divided into two separate events, featuring over 1,000 lots for bidding. The inventory for this auction includes a diverse selection of items ranging from wall décor, mirrors, wall art, decorative accents, storage and organizers, accent pillowcases, clocks, tabletop trays, planters, artificial greenery, textile and more. Additionally, there will be warehouse equipment, monitors, staging items, sofa, stage lighting and photography accessories, Toyota electric forklift and more.

Auction event #2: Lots start closing on Thurs, July 25 at 10 AM

Pick-up | Removal Location: 801 Shotgun Road, Sunrise, FL 33326

Check-out | Removal date event #1: The checkout/removal period is from July 19 through July 21 between 9 AM and 4 PM (weekend removal available).

Check-out | Removal date event #2: The checkout/removal period is from July 26 through July 28 between 9 AM and 4 PM (weekend removal available).

Payment deadline: Full payment is due on Friday, July 19 by 4 PM for event #1 and full payment is due on Friday, July 26 by 4 PM for event #2. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card credit or debit cards for invoices up to $500, along with a convenience fee. Invoices exceeding $500 must be paid via CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS, ZELLE, or WIRE TRANSFER OF FUNDS. Company Checks or Personal Checks are not accepted.

Buyer’s Premium: An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning lots.

Shipping: Packing and shipping services are not provided. Buyers are responsible for picking up their purchases within the specified time frame.

1. Condition: All items are as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied.

2. Registration: Must be 18+ years old to participate. Bidder must register online with a valid account and credit card.

3. Buyer’s Premium: Online/Proxibid: 18% BP.

4. Inspection: All bidders are welcomed to inspect the property prior to placing a bid. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value, condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, defectiveness, or any other determinative factor.

5. Withdrawal/Cancellation: Moecker Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed in the catalog/brochure before, during, or after the auction without liability. Moecker Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale at any time for any given reason.
