This is an ONLINE auction. Pickup location is listed as the auction location. Buyers are fully responsible for paying their invoice. Invoices will be emailed by 5pm the next business day. You may pay via your credit card on file. Your invoice will have a link for you to make your payment. You also have the option to pay cash at the time of pickup, if you want to pay cash, please contact Braxton Westmorland as soon as possible to make arrangements. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee. If re-listing fee is not paid you will be banned from all future auctions. Any items that are sold and not picked up will be removed from the auction site and you will be billed a $50.00 fee for the removal. This fee must be paid before you can bid in any other auctions. If you buy any group of items sold together as a lot you MUST take all items. If you leave any items behind you will be billed a $50.00 fee for the removal of these items. This fee must be paid before you can bid in any other auctions. Any default fees will be charged to your card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. BUYERS PREMIUM: There is a 0% buyers premium in effect for this auction. We MUST charge sales tax by law, unless you are exempt and have submitted a hardcopy tax form certificate prior to the auction. CASH DISCOUNT: We offer a 3% cash discount. No local or out of state checks (personal or business) will be accepted unless they are pre-approved and have a certified bank letter of guarantee on file 5 days prior to auction day. SHIPPING If we offer shipping on an item, the bidder is responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping may take 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. We will package and box all items in house and contact you with total shipping costs. Your credit card on file (unless previously discussed) will be billed for your auction purchases plus additional fees only after the auction. We will contact you 5-10 business days after auction to quote shipping costs and line up shipping for your items. Shipping charges will include UPS, USPS, or FEDEX charges along with insurance, packaging, and material costs. There is no preview or open house for this auction. Buyers may view the items online. If you need to privately view auction items please reach out to the auctioneer. Photos can sometimes be deceiving. Color, size and condition can sometimes appear different from the picture shown. We try to provide as much information and be as descriptive as possible. All information offered as part of the listing is for reference only.
