A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased with a $10 minimum fee, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. The Buyer’s Premium will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction, and it is nonrefundable unless you are prevented in claiming your purchase by the seller. Sales Tax may be collected by the facility. If you are exempt from paying Sales Tax, you will need to provide verification of exemption. SOFT CLOSE: If an item receives a bid within the last 5 minutes of its closing, bidding time will be extended on that specific item. When bidding is extended, the countdown timer will turn red and automatically reset to 5 minutes remaining. Bidding will close on an item when there is no more bidding activity within the bid extension period. AUCTION CANCELLATION: All storage units are subject to cancellation by the storage facility, even after the auction has ended if the defaulted party has cured the account with the facility before the auction ended. The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account and cancel the auction up until the bidding closes, unless otherwise stated on the state’s lien laws or by the storage facility. PAYMENT AND REMOVAL: Payment will be made directly to the Seller with CASH ONLY (Unless Storage Facility Accepts Other Forms of Payment. If the winning bidder has not made PAYMENT WITHIN 72 HOURS of the auction ending time, the unit can be offered to the alternate bidders. A $50 CASH CLEAN OUT DEPOSIT will be charged to the buyer of each storage unit. This deposit will be paid to the seller (facility) and returned to the buyer once all items inside the unit have been removed and the unit is broom swept. The cleaning deposit price may vary per storage facility. Winning bidders are liable for their bids, associated buyer’s premium, and fees regardless of whether they claim the property in the storage unit.
