Your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchases when you sign up for a bidder number. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie 'Max Bid', the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first. PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at the close of the auction. Buyer's card on file will be charged in full immediately at the close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
