PAYMENT and SHIPPING TERMS
FOR ONSITE BUYERS: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. There is a 5% buyer's premium for in-house bidders with a 5% discount for payments made by Cash or Check.
FOR INTERNET BUYERS: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. There is a 5% buyer's premium for WrodaLive! online bidders with a 5% discount for payments made by Cash or Check.
*Tax Resale Numbers: We welcome the use of a tax resale number, however this number must be in your name or your business name that matches day of auction registration either in-house or through the WrodaLive! online bidding platform, if applicable in home state of the purchaser. We do not permit the use of borrowed tax numbers or allowing others to use a tax number not in the buyer's name for any reason. A physical copy must be present and given to cashier at time of check in.
**********NON PAYERS WITH ANY INVOICE OVER 30 DAYS WILL BE PERMANENTLY DECLINED FOR ANY AND ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS. ITEMS WILL BE RE-SOLD AFTER 45 DAYS AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT SHORT OF THE ORIGINAL HAMMER PRICE & COLLECTION AGENCY FEES. THIS WILL BE HANDLED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY. DO NOT CONTACT MWAS FOR PAYMENT OF ANY INVOICE OVER 45 DAYS OLD. THESE WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH COLLECTIONS.
**Shipping:
There is a handling fee for each winning bid
$4.00 for small items: tumblers, toothpicks, etc.
$7.00 for medium items: plates and bowls, etc.
$10.00 for large items: punch sets, water sets, table set, etc.
All domestic shipping done by Fed-Ex
All international shipping by USPS
Items will be shipped within 10 BUSINESS days after they are paid for (Business days: Monday-Wednesday, Friday)
***Insurance: First $100.00 of insurance is complimentary. A charge of $1 per $100 of invoice total will be assessed for insurance on the order. If customer opts for insurance to be waived, Matthew Wroda Auctions will provide a release stating that shipping has been offered and waived. Insurance release will accompany your paid invoice(s).
