Bidding at this auction constitutes a valid, binding contract between individuals participating in the auction with the intent to purchase. If you do not pay or pick up - you will be banned from bidding at future auctions and legal actions may be taken by seller and auctioneer.
If you require help loading your loot, please bring it with you- we will be able to assist with loading large lots onto trailers with scheduled appointments.
It is the Bidders responsibility to review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to bidding. The act of submitting a bid shall constitute Bidder acceptance of each and every term and condition contained herein, any additional terms and conditions posted, and any changes made within the full agreement.
All purchases are to be "PAID IN FULL" U.S. Funds on Sale Day. Company or Personal Checks and cash are accepted. If you pay with cash during the dedicated pick up time- your BP will be reduced to 10%.
The buyer waives the right to stop payment on any check or monies given as payment. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold any purchases until all funds have cleared the Auctioneer's Bank and to hold ALL purchases on partial payment.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any person a bidder number and may revoke the bidders' privileges at any time.
All Sales are made and accepted "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" and without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either written, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.
If by chance a bidder fails to make payment we will make attempts to resale to back up bidder or list in the next auction. Auction House reserves the right to contact prosecuting attorney in the county items are sold and prosecute bidders for non payment and hot checks.
All items are listed as accurately as possible and information is derived from sources deemed reliable. However, Buyer must inspect all items personally and accept with any faults or defects. Buyer in no way holds Auctioneer or Seller responsible for any defects, inaccuracies or errors in any way.
All Persons attending, inspecting or removing property assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from all liability.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: All purchases will incur a buyer's premium of thirteen percent(13).

Welcome to another online auction in Gentry Arkansas to help settle the Estate! We will be adding items over a period of 2 weeks- with the Holiday and thigh emperatures- All items will be added by July 8th and run for a couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience and good luck bidding!
Equipment will be available to help load large items only. Please pay on time and pick up during the allocated time frame. All measurements are estimates- please preview for personal verification - if an item is cracked/chipped/ broken- we do our best to note that while listing, though we do our best- we might miss something so please ....
