Pay with CASH or CARD on in person PICKUP - 3.5% will be added to invoice total for credit card use. Like all auctions: ALL ITEMS SELL AS- IS , WHERE - IS!! NO CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACKS ARE ALLOWED. If you are a new bidder to our auction, YOU MAY BE asked to sign a contract via email or via our Square Account when making payment. You will need to supply a copy of your driver's license and sign a No Charge Backs contract. Your issuing bank is not allowed to hold our payment money hostage. Terms: THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. JSI Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form PRIOR to the auction OR on pickup (includes all out of state bidders where your state is on the steam lined tax app). If your state does not require us to pay tax to them, you will have the tax removed (by request). All others MUST fill out a tax exempt form for business resale FOR YOUR OWN STATE.. We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!!
