TERMS & CONDITIONS: There will be a 10 % Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due at pick up. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted. Credit cards & debit cards are also accepted with a 3.5% fee. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding. All information and descriptions are believed to be correct, however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. All bidding must be done online through Apro.bid.
