Auction Terms & Conditions Thank you for participating in a Kaser Auction Service (Justin Kaser Auctioneers LLC) Online Auction. It is important that you become familiar with the terms and conditions as all sales are final. The terms of sale are non-negotiable. Your credit card will NOT be charged following the auction. Winning bidders will be required to pay at pick up. Online buyer's premium of 15% will be added to final bid. We accept cash, Business check, debit, or major credit cards. 3% is added to all card payments. No tax collected on items picked up on location. Sales tax added to total depending on your state laws for those needing shipping. Payments must be made at pickup, before loading items. For those needing items shipped, I will send an invoice by email via Square before packing itmes. For those needing shipping, if your invoice is over $300 and you don't have a positive buyer rating, you will need to pay by certified check or bank wire transfer. All Sales are final, with no refunds.
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in this catalog, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, deletions or additions. Purchasers are advised to attend the scheduled preview to inspect equipment and to make their own determination of condition. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consigners shall be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and make no warranty in connection therewith. Kaser Auction Service represents the Sellers only and does not inspect properties on bidder's behalf.
