We understand that difficult circumstances happen and may prevent you from being able to pick up your items on time. If you are unable to pick up your items by the last available day/time listed of the week of the auction, please text 816-345-5049 (preferred) call or email us at papowersales203@gmail.com including your bidder ID - before the last available day/time and we will hold your items free of charge for one additional calendar week from the last day/time available in the scheduled loadout time. After one week your items will be considered forfeited. Stock Photos-We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but sometimes an exact match is not found or it is human error. Box may be damaged but contents appear undamaged. You may inspect/test before you leave. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Does not appear to have been pre-owned, item is complete enough to run / work as needed and Box may be damaged; however, internal contents are functional. Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or we have not tested.
