3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility.

This is a small but very nice estate auction in Arcade. This is a very clean house. Items of note include washer dryer secretary desk griswold Eire frying pan, butter churn, dome top trunks lamps, table, futon, barco lounger, Legos, Model card, air compressor, tools Freezer, Silverware T.V., quilts, bikes, power wheels, lawn chairs, rooster decor, book shelves, kids toys and more 1 VIEWING wiill be monday 4 to 6 the viewing will be Monday the 8th from 4 to 6 7 secretary desk drop front needs the front fixed all screws and the chip of wood are there 9 dinningroom table with extra leaves this is very nice just needs a polish has a great look can condense down to square or expand for 10 people 11 12 silverware stainless 15 microwave like new black and decker 17 speed queen washing machine only used a couple months on 1st floor 18 Whirlpool Dryer electric like new only used for a couple months 20 antique butter churn no chips no cracks in great shape 22 dome top trunk no drawer nicely refinished 23 undertakers coat and vest prob around 1910 if i guessed 25 little Tikes table and chair contents included 27 42 in roku t.v. works 28 Lazy boy recliner green nice shape works good 29 futon with yellow cover it is red underneath good shape on sun porch 31
